For nearly 10 years AlexPC has provided professional computer repair services our to customers in North Carolina. But because we stay up-to-date on the latest technologies, we are now able to offer our once “local” business’ services to anyone, anywhere, at any time.

We are able to do this by using a feature we call remote repair. With remote or “online” repair, we use a specially designed program to connect to your computer over the internet and fix your computer’s problems. Since 95% of computer problems are software-related, as long as you have a stable internet connection we most likely can fix your PC without ever physically touching it.

We also still offer our regular computer repair services to our North Carolina customers who would rather not use remote repair or have a hardware-related issue. Our prices can be found below.

Don’t forget we offer free pickup and delivery of your PC if within 15 miles of our Salisbury office.

    Our Prices & Rates

  • General cleaning – $45.00 – A general cleaning includes physically opening the PC and removing all dust, dirt and other contaminants that are known to clog up fans and vents and cause it to overheat and fail. Cleaning also consists of removing any spyware that is found in a generic spyware scan and removing unnecessary registry entries and temporary internet files which can slow down the computer.
  • Virus removal – $80.00 – Removal of any viruses found with ESET NOD32, one of the top virus removal programs around. Also includes a free 30 day trial of ESET NOD32 if requested.
  • Hardware replacement – $50.00 – Includes removing and replacing or just adding hardware such as CD drives, Hard drives, power supplies and other items.
  • Reformat and/or installing Windows – $100.00 – Reformatting completely erases your hard drive and all of it’s contents. Installation of Windows requires you have your own copy of Windows or a Restore CD.
  • Data Backup – $45.00 – Backup and storage of any personal data in case of accidental data loss or reformatting the hard drive.

    • As mentioned above, we do offer free pickup and delivery within a 15 mile radius of Salisbury, but you can also choose our Remote Repair service (if available) free of charge or just bring it to our office! We are located at:

    We will also dispatch our qualified technicians to your location and work on the project there for an hourly rate of $25.00, plus the repair price.
