RingCentral Review
If you’re sick of the phone company bills going up and service quality going down, you’ve probably looked for alternative methods of communication. I know I have.
I recently came across an application called RingCentral. It caught my attention because my father used it many years ago when the internet had just became popular and I was amazed the program was still around.
The virtual phone service is astonishingly simple to use and at the same time has a plethora of options to choose from to fit just about any business’ needs.
The “Follow me” service is one of my favorites. You can set the service to try different phone numbers (up to 10 in a sequence) before it gives up and sends your caller to voice mail. This is a great option for a small business with virtual employees.
Call Announce is another feature I’d like to discuss. This allows the customer to give their name and then when you receive the call you are told who’s calling and given the opportunity to Accept or Deny the call.
You can also set up answering rules to indicate business hours so the phone rings only during specific times of day and days of the week.
RingCentral also allows you to incorporate a Ring Me button on your website. Customers can simply click this button to tell you a client is waiting to talk to you. You can then call them right on the spot, addressing whatever issue they may have. Coolest thing ever? I think so.
Oh yeah, I can’t forget to mention it also has a Fax feature, and a very nice one at that. Simple to set up yet very efficient.
In summary, I highly recommend RingCentral to anyone, especially those tired of being screwed over by the phone company and looking for a change. You won’t be disappointed. Try it out for yourself by clicking the image below:
