A new software application called PhoneSnoop could be compromising your privacy on your BlackBerry. This software allows an attacker to call a user’s
BlackBerry and listen to personal conversations.

In order for the software to be installed, the attacker must have physical access to your BlackBerry or convince you to install the software in some way.

AlexPC encourages users to only download BlackBerry applications from trusted sources and to password protect and lock BlackBerry devices.
